Three Things Worth Knowing Before You Ask
There is no minimum order. Not a reduced minimum. None. A bench trial should not require a pallet, and piece size, mesh and mouthfeel are difficult to judge from a spec sheet.
Samples are free and they come with the documentation. You do not have to ask twice or sign anything first.
We will tell you if the answer is no. If a cheaper grade solves your problem, we will say so. If the right answer is an ingredient we do not carry, we will say that too. That is a faster route to a working formulation than selling you something that almost fits.
What to Include
The more of this you can share, the better the first response will be.
The application. Beverage, bar, frozen dessert, confection, supplement, sauce. Each fails differently when sugar comes out.
What is going wrong. Too thin, not browning, stales by week two, bitter finish, gritty mouthfeel. The symptom points at the ingredient faster than the target does.
The constraints. Label claims you need, allergens your facility cannot handle, organic or Non-GMO requirements, and the sugar reduction target.
Where you are. Bench, scale-up, or reformulating something already on shelf. The advice differs.
