Free Flowing Brown Sugar
Free flowing brown sugar doesn’t clump or harden like other brown sugars. This product is often referred to as granulated brown sugar and is less moist. Free flowing brown sugar is put through a special heating and drying process to make the texture much like granulated white sugar. Although the flavor is very similar to other brown sugars, the applications for the product are very different.
