Monk fruit with minimum 50% mogroside V

MonkSweet pure monk fruit extract with PuRefine purification technology finds its origins in the Luo han guo fruit grown in Southeast Asia. This fruit, whose extract is 125-250x sweeter than sugar, has been used in China as a low-calorie sweetener for centuries. The sweet constituents in the fruit are mogrosides with mogroside V being the sweetest and least bitter. We use a proprietary double resin column filtration system that removes potential off-notes. Monk Sweet comes in conventional V-25, V-40, V-50 and organic V-25.
