CocoSweet

Harvested from the sap of the coconut tree. The sap is collected and placed over moderate heat to evaporate forming a syrup-like substance known as a ”toddy”.
The toddy is reduced further to form the deliciously sweet, amber crystals found
in CocoSweet. Coconut sugar is slower to digest relative to other sugars, resulting in a low glycemic index. It also has a high mineral content rich in potassium, magnesium, zinc and iron, in addition to the vitamins: B1, B2, B3 and B6. CocoSweet pure coconut sugar can be used as a
1:1 sugar substitute in coffee, tea, baking and cooking.
